What should I bring?
Just yourself. We provide mats, blankets, eye masks, and headphones. Wear comfortable clothing.
Can I try one session first?
Yes — every session stands on its own. Most people come to one, then come back to whichever theme they need next.
What's the cancellation policy?
Reschedule with 48 hours notice. Cancellations within 48 hours may forfeit the session.
Any health restrictions?
Consult your doctor if you have cardiovascular conditions, are pregnant, or have a history of seizures.
